Hi Anthony, its been a wild two weeks, since we
turned on the open sign after two minutes
customers came pouring in. All expectations have
been exceeded from the support from your staff
and the franchise. I will do my best to keep
this momentum on going. I am amazed at these
tanners, I don't know what to think as you know
I have never been in a tanning salon. I sit in
the lobby and watch people are walking out with
grins from to ear on there faces. I hope you
have the opportunity to visit our salon in the
near future. I keep telling my wife and daughter
that there is no competition, we are the
competition Downriver. Working on the second
location in Woodhaven with the lease.

Thank you as well as the Image Sun’s team for
your hospitality during my last week visit to
Michigan. Training was very helpful to reinforce
my focus on the critical aspects of the
business. A well-designed marketing plan goes
hand in hand with a high-level customer service.
That was your main message, and it exemplifies
the success Image Sun has had since its
conception.

Hi Renee-
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so
much for all your help at the salon this
weekend. You really helped me and the staff with
our VIP sales presentations and everything else.
Hopefully we all didn’t drive you too crazy!
The whole day Monday was completely slammed
just like this past weekend! All the staff is
all pumped up about the sales contest that I
have implemented. Highest number of VIP sold for
the month gets 340 credit package and the
highest PPLA gets a bottle of Pink Diamond…I’ll
let you know who wins… Well, thanks again and I
look forward to seeing you at the Management
Training class this month.
